Location
Conveniently located just off I-75 in Clarkston, MI our community has the best of both worlds - it's secluded with an up-north feel, yet close to great restaurants, parks, shopping, golf, concerts and other attractions.
Community
In our community we have a sense of pride. We care to make our community the best it possibly can be. We take care to have both our houses and property look the best it possibly can. We also take pride in being super friendly, we will share a friendly hello or a wave hello on our way past. We are also extremely pet friendly with a large animal population you will always see dogs going for walks and jogs with their owners.
Family
Our subdivision is family oriented, kids of all ages ride their bikes and scooters on our roads. The neighborhood has plenty of wooded areas to be explored, including a beautiful trail through the woods that connects to our neighboring subdivision. In the winter, the hills make for great sledding for the entire family.
The Manors of Clarkston is part of the award winning Clarkston Community School district. Many private school options are within 20 minutes drive from the subdivision.
