Trash is picked up on Wednesdays starting at 6am for organic material such as yard debris, later in the day for trash and recycle.  Collection is Delayed 1 day if the  Monday or Wednesday is on or after a Holiday such as:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

The trash pickup fee is negotiated by the HOA with the service provider and is included in your HOA dues. If you'd like more details please refer to the latest HOA meeting notes available under the Homeowner's Documents session.

• 12 bag limit per week
• recycling pickup (plastics, tin cans, glass, cardboard and paper)
• Yard waste pickup (April-November) - 10 bag limit per week
• Contact the service provider if you need more than 10 bags picked up
• Appliances are a $50 charge to the resident
• Contact the service provider in advance.

No. Each house may request 96 gallon trash containers for $75. 18 gallon recycling containers are $25.

1 Large item pickup per Quarter is included in the HOA agreement with the service provider. You must contact the provider in advance to request and pay (if there is more than 1 item per quarter) for a large item pickup. Items will not be picked up unless scheduled. If you are behind on your Dues, you are not entitled to any trash collection. Placing trash out, contacting the trash company may result in charges. Please just pay the dues on time.
