The Manors consists of 5 separate platted subdivisions, Deerwood 3 through 8. The entities for Deerwood 4 through 8 were all merged into Deerwood 3, so there is only one HOA for the Manors. But the Restrictive Covenants for each subdivision were not merged, and still apply to their applicable lots. Because that is confusing, we've created a Combined Declaration of Protective Covenants that can be used as a reference for all 5 sections of the Manors.
